Authors who need a letter to support visa application should go to the CONTACT page, and submit a request AFTER they pay registration. Click on the “Travel” button, and request a visa letter in the message window. In addition, give the reference number sent by the online registration system. The letter will be sent to the address that the author gives in the registration system. Letters will only be sent for registered attendees.
